When accessing and using the Website of the Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (CASC), you are deemed to have read and apprehended the Website's terms of use, agreeing to be bound by all the terms set out in the agreement below. If you do not agree, please do not access and use the website. 

Article 1:  Copyright regulations

  • All works of the authors on  website https://www.casc.vn (hereinafter referred to as "Website") including all forms of design, content,  sounds, and images are owned by CASC and protected by Vietnam Intellectual Property Law and other related laws, unless otherwise announced by CASC itself. Without the official written consent of CASC, you are not allowed to copy, edit, transfer, display, slideshow, distribute, store or create other versions of the Website and arrangements of the design, content, sounds, and images on the Website in any way, shape or form. 
  • CASC is entitled to suspend or terminate any access to the website provided by CASC that is suspected of infringing without forewarning and CASC is entitled to ask for compensation of the loss incurred (if needed).

Article 2:  Terms of service

  • CASC prohibits any form of unauthorized use of the CASC's Website, including abuse, piracy and misuse of any works on this Website and its regulations of privacy.
  • Users of the website should be aware that CASC may publish or transfer any information that users provide through this website to:
    • Any affiliated unit or information provider of CASC
    • Any individual or organisation with the consent of the website user and when CASC has the right or obligation or is required to disclose such information in accordance with the law.
    • Any country in the world if CASC deems it necessary or reasonable to do so.
    • In case a website user does not agree to CASC publish or transfer the information, the user has to report in writing to CASC within 24hrs of the day using the Website. After that, CASC assumes that User allows CASC to conduct without any related complaint.
  • Website users agree to CASC control, monitor and record any use of this Website.
  • Website is for personal use, provided that the user retains any copyright or notices contained in the information. Information is downloaded and must be clearly captioned.

  • There is no guarantee for users about problems related to the website’s operational safety such as not meeting users’ requirements, being corrupted, being compromised by viruses or being interrupted by external technical factors and effects. Users are at their own risks while using.
  • CASC is not responsible for any risk or other related problems of users when accessing and using the website.

Article 4:  Declarations of copyright infringement

  • Copyright owners, or partners or licensors, if they find that any information on CASC’s website is infringed on copyright, they must confirm in accordance with the following provisions:
  • Proving copyright infringement.
  • Prove that the material is infringed upon copyright.
  • Information sufficient to allow CASC to identify compromised documents.
  • Disclosure indicates that use of such materials is not authorized by the owner, partner or licensor.
