This information is the important basis for us to provide the best service to users, yet we also understand that we must use and preserve the information properly.
This article describes the kinds of users’ personal information that we could collect, purpose of use of the information, situations where we are entitled to share the information and measures to secretly protect users’ personal information.

Information sources: Users’ personal information we collect is mainly from the account registration form or other forms and documents given to CASC by users in the transaction process. We also collect information about the transactions and activities between users and CASC that are related to the products and services supplied by CASC. Besides, due to the products and services that you offer, CASC may receive more information from users.
Finally, when supplying financial services to users and strictly complying with all applicable laws and rules, information of users can be collected indirectly based on supervision or other media (For example: phone calls’ record and emails’ supervision). In these cases, information is not accessed continuously, but can still be used to meet the regulatory requirements or for security purposes.

Usage of your personal information: We can use your personal information to:

• Administrate, operate, support and manage the transaction and/or account between you and CASC. This might include internal information sharing as well as disclosuring to the third parties that is defined respectively in the two sections below.
• Contact the user, if possible, or the user’s authorized person by post, telephone, e-mail, fax and so on, that are related to your transaction and/or account.
• Supply users with information (investment research for instance), suggestions, or advice about CASC’s product and service;
• Support CASC’s business operations by activities including risk evaluation and management and complying with the law.
• If the transaction between CASC and the user is terminated, CASC will keep handling the user’s personal information insofar as we are entitled, described in this article.

Internal disclosure of users’ personal information in CASC: To supply users with efficient and reliable services, user’s personal information might be shared among CASC’s departments. Disclose your personal information to a third party: CASC will not disclose users’ personal information to a third party, unless as described in this article. Disclosures to the third party might include sharing information with non-affiliated companies which carry out support services for users’ accounts or transactions between users and CASC, including third parties who give CASC advice about accountancy, specialty and law. The third parties who get the information are requested to keep them secured within the boundaries that they get it, and only use user's information while supplying the services, and only for CASC’s requested purposes.

We can also disclose the user’s personal information owing to the user's request, to defend our rights and interests as well as our business partners', or due to your distinctive acceptance.
